2026.02.09-13 SoRAIM Winter School
We’re pleased to share that the SoRAIM Winter School will be held on 9–13 February 2026 in Grenoble, France. SoRAIM is a multidisciplinary winter school focusing on social robotics, artificial intelligence, and multimedia, designed to introduce and explore core concepts and practical methods for building socially aware robotic systems that interact with humans in shared environments.
The programme brings together lectures, hands-on sessions, and expert talks covering topics such as robot perception and navigation, human behaviour tracking and analysis, dialog and language understanding, robotic software integration, and ethical considerations in human-robot interaction. It offers a collaborative learning environment for PhD candidates, early-career researchers, and engineers to engage with leading scientists and peers across related fields.
SoRAIM supports cross-disciplinary exchange and practical skill development at the intersection of AI, robotics, and multimedia technologies, fostering the next generation of researchers and practitioners in socially intelligent systems.
