Nordic AI Young Researcher Symposium (Nordic AI Meet 2025)

We’re pleased to share that the Nordic AI Young Researcher Symposium (Nordic AI Meet) will be held on 26–27 November 2025 in Norrköping, Sweden, organised by WASP – the Wallenberg AI, Autonomous Systems and Software Program in collaboration with Norwegian Artificial Intelligence Research Consortium (NORA) — which hosts the CAIRNE office in Oslo — and other leading Nordic AI institutions. The event unites participants from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland, building on a growing tradition of Nordic cooperation in AI research and innovation.

Now in its fifth edition, the Nordic AI Meet is a key annual event for early-career researchers in artificial intelligence, providing a cross-disciplinary platform for PhD candidates, postdoctoral fellows, and young professionals to connect, share knowledge, and shape the future of AI research in the Nordic region.

This year’s programme will feature:

  • Keynotes by international experts in AI, machine learning, and robotics
  • Research presentations and poster sessions spanning computer science, engineering, natural sciences, medicine, and the social sciences
  • Networking opportunities to strengthen collaboration and exchange across the Nordic AI research community
  • A shared focus on AI for societal good — advancing ethical, inclusive, and human-centred approaches to artificial intelligence

Abstract submission and registration are now open.

Join the Nordic AI community at the Nordic AI Young Researcher Symposium 2025 — where the next generation of AI researchers connect, collaborate, and create knowledge for the future.
