How can AI research help solve challenges faced by industry? AI Connect: Research Meets Industry brings together around 50 young AI researchers, company representatives and partners from across the AI ecosystem for two days of discussion and collaboration in Aachen.
PhD candidates will work in small groups on real-world challenges presented by Carglass (automotive), Unchained Robotics (robotics), JUPITER AI Factory (healthcare) and Cognita Reply (consulting). Participants will bring their research perspectives to the challenges, explore possible applications of AI and pitch their ideas.
The programme will include company presentations and keynotes, interactive workshops, group pitches and opportunities to connect with researchers, companies and ecosystem partners.
AI Connect is organised with AI Grid, JUPITER AI Factory, RWTH Aachen University and CAIRNE. The event will be held in English, and participation is free of charge.
